SBASHEET.com provides terminal report processing services to clients worldwide. Ultimately, we have a responsibility to protect each client’s interest and to provide the best services available based on our current Terms of Service.

All clients of SBASHEET.com are subject to the following terms of service:

Indeminification

  • You agree to use all services and facilities of SBASHEET.com at your own undertaking. SBASHEET.com specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall SBASHEET.com be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages.
  • Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold SBASHEET.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against SBASHEET.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it’s agents, employees or assigns.
  • Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless UltraHostGhana.com against liabilities arising out of: Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with UltraHostGhana.com’s server.

SBASHEET.com reserves the right to intervene with any of the data provided on its platform in the interest of its customers, any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party, Copyright infringement, any unrecognised services rendered to customer from SBASHEET.com’s server.

SBASHEET.com shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.

Billing/Purchases

We proud ourselves to offer you the most affordable terminal report processing options in Ghana. However, our products (packages) and prices are are subject to change with/without any prior notice whatsoever.

At this time we periodically depending upon the plan you subscribe or so choose. We receive payment through Bank Deposit and Mobile Money (MTN-Ghana).We will setup your account without any payment (Free setup).

Clients are encouraged to pay by Bank Deposit or Mobile Money as it is the easiest way to handle payment at this time. There are no contract periods but for each successive period, your contract will be renewed once we receive notification of renewal payment otherwise the account is disabled after you exhaust your credit within the period which will not be without notification.
